The Centre operates along the whole of the Food Supply Chain - from state bodies setting policy and deploying EU programs, through agriculture and food processing and food standards agencies.The  Centre's primary purpose is to assist and drive value creation and competitiveness throughout the entire supply chain, enabling it to perform locally in Northern Ireland and Ireland and be competitive in International markets.

The Centre has a wide range of tools and methods to assist companies in the state body, agriculture and food processing supply chain drive forward their individual and supply chain Competitive Advantage.

The Centre works with Moy Park, United Dairy Farmers, Fane Valley Cooperative, Linden Foods, Kerry Foods, DAERA in NI and the Department of Agriculture in Ireland, and a number of other companies, both small and SMEs, state bodies and agencies and large companies and corporates. We offer capability and experience in a range of Organisational Development and LEAN programs, Innovation and Creativity, training, supporting and mentoring managers and teams drive change and improvements, both small and transformation.
