The Value Stream Mapping workshop was an extremely valuable and insightful session; the team and myself found your delivery both effective and engaging as you took us through the VSM tool methodology, and then the practical exercise of the initial development of the ‘Current State’ map which was very beneficial to use the tool in action. We have subsequently met to develop the +3 month ‘Future State’ map, develop an Action Plan and measured progress towards same. Overall, a very enjoyable and excellent day and the VSM tool is helping us identify and make improvements.
