Excited to have facilitated the recent Six Sigma Greenbelt workshop and project development with personnel from Belfast Harbour, Hutchinson Engineering and Almac. With yearly savings per project ranging from £10,400.00 to £160,500.00 (average of £51,329.00 across all projects) once again the value of applying the Six Sigma methodology and tools to carefully selected projects has been demonstrated.
