Smart Grid Ireland (SGI)

Established by CforC in 2010, Smart Grid Ireland is an independent, industry-led, networking cluster informing government and regulation, promoting good corporate citizenship and actively driving technology solutions that accelerate the cultural and societal changes needed to achieve a digitalised, decentralised and decarbonised electricity network and improve the Island of Ireland’s international competitiveness.

Our cluster groups are designed to bring organisations with common interests, challenges, or goals together to collaborate, share knowledge, and co-develop solutions. These groups often span sectors and supply chains—uniting manufacturers, service providers, researchers, and enablers around a shared purpose.
